All or any returns / cancellations are subject to the full discretion of 5 Star Hotel Sleep Company.
For any cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation, a refund will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase for the total charged less an administration fee of RM250.00. This is non-negotiable.
Due to their nature and in the interests of hygiene, all customised, made-to-order goods, special order items, bedlinens, mattresses, beds, divans, etc. cannot be refunded and/or cancelled after the order is processed.
