BEDLINEN, BEDDINGS & TOWELS:

Orders ship out within 1 to 2 weeks of order receipt, while orders which include beddings may take slightly longer 4 to 6 weeks. (In most cases, ex-stock items ship out within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.) Shoppers are welcome to inform us of any urgent needs – we will do our best to expedite processing where possible.

We’ll email you a shipment notification when your order has shipped. Track your shipment using the tracking number on the notification and enter it on the corresponding carrier’s site; the tracking/air waybill number can also be found in your order history under your 5SHSC account, if one was created before placing your order.

Delivery is typically via courier service and borne by the Client.

MATTRESS, BED & RACK:

These items are strictly limited to purchases for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia only.  Unless otherwise stated, delivery cost is included for delivery within Klang Valley only and surcharges shall apply beyond Klang Valley. Delivery is inclusive of vertical transportation up to 1 storey only.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE MALAYSIA:

  • Carrier. We use DHL as our preferred international shipping partner. We may at times use other reputable couriers as well.
  • Import Duties & Taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be billed by the carrier at the destination point on behalf of Customs.
  • Timing. Please allow for a longer shipping time during the holiday seasons and/or any public holidays in the recipient’s country of residence. Actual receipt of order depends on customs clearance in the destination country.
  • Customs Clearance. Depending on a country’s customs clearance requirements, the carrier may ask the recipient to provide some information and/or complete a form before clearance of goods. (Please note: U.S. customs may require the social security/tax identification number of the recipient before release of goods. Kindly refer to the relevant authorities, etc.)
